Early site works at 33 Cambridge Rd have begun with drilling rigs and machinery boring holes for the large concrete retaining wall along the eastern boundary of the property.
The works signal the beginning of construction of the 20-townhouse development called Paperbark Place.
Fifty-nine holes are being drilled and filled with reinforcement and concrete, to form the pillars of a significant retaining wall.
